How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your Atlas+ subscription through your device's settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Atlas, then tap "Cancel Subscription".
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the Atlas app, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore" in the top right corner. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request account deletion, please email us at support@atlastrainer.xyz with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If you're still experiencing problems, please contact us with details about the issue and your device model.
